REFUND POLICY – PTE Pro Academy

At PTE Pro Academy (https://pteproacademy.com), our goal is to provide high-quality learning resources and a smooth user experience. Since we currently offer free learning tools and services, there are no paid products or subscriptions at this time.

However, this Refund Policy is created for future use, in case paid services, courses, or digital products are introduced.

✅ 1. Current Status (No Paid Products Yet)

At present:

  • ✅ We do not charge any subscription fees

  • ✅ We do not process payments

Therefore:

There are currently no refunds applicable at this time.

In the future, if PTE Pro Academy introduces:

  • Paid courses

  • Premium mock tests

  • Subscriptions

  • Digital learning materials

Then this refund policy will apply accordingly.

✅ 3. Eligibility for Refund (Future Use)

Once paid services are introduced, refunds may be considered only if:

  • The payment was made in error

  • The service was not delivered due to a technical issue

  • The content was not accessible after payment

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

✅ 4. Non-Refundable Items (Future Use)

The following will not be eligible for refunds:

  • Downloaded digital content

  • Fully accessed or completed courses

  • Accounts suspended due to policy violations

  • Services used extensively after purchase
